Self-Drive Pricing & Conditions

  • Daily Rate: KES 3,500 / 24 Hours (Minimum rental period: 48 hours / 2 days).

  • Included Radius: Up to 130 km radius from Kilifi Town. Extended regional mileage rates available upon request.

  • Refundable Deposit: KES 3,500 fuel and vehicle wash deposit. (Vehicle is handed over fully clean with a full tank and must be returned in identical condition).

  • Required Documentation via WhatsApp:

    1. National ID or Passport

    2. Valid Driver’s License

    3. Proof of Residence (for first-time/new clients)

  • Long-Term Discounts: Customised rates available for weekly and monthly hires.

  • Security Deposit: Mostly charged to first-time fleeters or high-risk profiles. Percentage ranges between 50% and 30% depending on the period of time you hire.

  • Fleet Options: Toyota Axio, Toyota Fielder, Toyota Wish, Honda Shuttle, Toyota Sienta, Honda Freed.

  • Option A (Dry Hire - Fuel on Client): KES 7,000 / Day(12 hrs max) (130 km operational radius).

  • Option B (Full Corporate Package - All-Inclusive): KES 12,500 / Day (Includes fuel, 12-hour duty + 2 hours grace, max 200 km + 10–20 km allowance).

2. Spacious Class (Minivan Fleet)

Premium 6–7 seater minivans featuring sliding doors, high-output air conditioning, and adequate luggage capacity.

  • Fleet Options: Nissan Serena, Toyota Noah, Toyota Voxy, Toyota Esquire, Honda Stepwgn, Honda Odyssey.

  • Option A (Dry Hire - Fuel on Client): KES 8,000 / Day (130 km operational radius).

  • Option B (Full Corporate Package - All-Inclusive): KES 14,000 / Day (Includes fuel, 12-hour duty + 2 hours grace, max 200 km + 10–20 km allowance).

  3. Send Documents (Self-Drive Only): Share your ID and Driver's License via WhatsApp for fast verification.

  4. Confirm & Ride: Pay your booking fee/deposit via M-Pesa Paybill or PayPal to lock in your vehicle delivery.
