📅 This booking is valid only for the specified date and time of travel.
🔒 Bookings are: Non-transferable. Non-refundable. Non-resellable.
⏰ If you don’t show up before departure time + waiting period, your bookingis forfeited without a refund.
📍 A missed trip or unutilised booking is still marked as used—no shows count.
🚶♂️ Be at your pick-up point at least 2 minutes early. Don’t keep others waiting.
🚭 No alcohol, no miraa, no smoking in shared rides. Keep it fresh for everyone.
🎒 Luggage is at your own risk. Keep valuables close and labeled.
📦 Oversized luggage? If it doesn’t fit comfortably, you may need to arrange separate transport or cancel; no refunds. (for shared rides).
🚗 We may change vehicles without prior notice. Service remains consistent.
🛑 If you break your journey midway, we can’t offer a refund.
👶 One baby (under 4 yrs) per adult rides free in shared options.
🧭 Double-check your pick-up details—mistakes are hard to fix last-minute.
📝 TPF reserves the right to update these terms anytime as needed.
